Hello, I’m Antoaneta. I help brands discover their voice, define their direction, and avoid the most dreadful fate of all: being perfectly forgettable.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of shaping strategy, culture, and creative work across some of the world’s leading global networks. I’ve wandered happily through Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, and Publicis, partnering with ambitious brands, navigating complexity with curiosity, and turning promising ideas into work that actually does something - culturally, creatively, and commercially.
At Publicis, I helped win the global Cadillac and Montblanc accounts and worked closely with leadership during a pivotal period of transformation, contributing to the evolution of Publicis Luxe into what is today the world’s largest luxury network.
At Ogilvy & Mather, I creatively led the pitch and launch of Louis Vuitton’s Core Values campaign - a project that went on to generate over 8,000 pages of earned media, became home to the most-liked social post in history, and evolved into one of modern advertising’s longest-running campaigns. I also helped Ogilvy Paris launch its Big Ideal, a defining moment that contributed to the agency’s first Agency of the Year win at Eurobest. Proof, if any were needed, that values -when treated properly - can be wonderfully persuasive.
I’m fortunate to collaborate with some of the world’s most visionary agency and brand partners, photographers, directors, musicians, designers, and artisans, working across every medium imaginable. From classic storytelling to immersive, multi-platform experiences, my work has earned over 100 of the industry’s most prestigious awards. But accolades, like compliments, are pleasant only when they confirm what you already know: that a story has landed because it’s true.
Through my consultancy, La Maison Hush Hush, I lead multi-market initiatives and large-scale campaigns, working closely with C-suite leaders and creative teams to turn vision into results - measurable ones, no less.
Curiosity is my constant companion. Every project is a chance to learn something new, challenge something comfortable, and ask better questions. I love helping brands grow, teams flourish, and ideas become work that doesn’t just get noticed - but is remembered, discussed, and occasionally adored :)
